Returns and refunds are not acceptable UNLESS the item is defective. We double check every item before sending it out hence there are minimal chances of receiving a defective item but if there is such case, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of item so that we can resolve your issue. Please ensure you double check item size which is available for each product separately on product page before making an order. Also ensure you check khussa size in cm before buying a khussa.
If the item has a defect then we will replace the item and will bear the return and resending postage. We have a rigorous quality assurance process and we check each and every item thoroughly at least twice before sending it out to ensure correct size, color, item is sent as a complete set and has no defect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are given a free delivery because your order was over the threshold of free delivery and you return some item(s) from that order, if the new total then is under the free delivery threshold then standard delivery will be charged to your account.
All Made to measure orders or orders where we have made alterations are not eligible for exchange or return. This is because when a dress has been altered or made for your size, it would not fit for sale for someone else.
How long does it take to process a return?
It takes anywhere between 5 to 14 working days after we have received the return to process it. On busier times, it can take even longer.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request. However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
